Located in a predominantly residential street, Rua Palmira offers a friendly and calm atmosphere in a typical Lisbon neighbourhood, yet a short distance to the bustle of the vibrant city.

The aim of the project is to give back to the city a building with an architectural style from the beginning of the 20th Century consisting of a reinforced internal wooden cage, that was changed through the years and resulted in a loss of the original structural elements.

The brand image of the building is linked to the typical “azulejo” tiles on the main façade, showing the traditional Portuguese art of tiling in vibrant colours, unusual in Lisbon and so distinguishing the property from similar buildings from the same period..
